$14 All Day Parking Trial at Parramatta CBD

Discover affordable parking at convenient locations in the heart of Parramatta CBD.

Park for up to 18 hours for $14 at Justice Precinct Car Park (Hunter Street) and Parramatta Station Car Park (Wentworth Street) from Monday to Saturday, until 30 June.

On Sundays, enjoy the all-day $10 flat rate.

Introducing Our New Urban Park - Junction Street Plaza

Gear up and head to Granville's colourful, co-designed urban park Junction Street Plaza (Warawara Reserve), co-designed with our community.

Explore the active recreational zone featuring multi-purpose courts, parkour elements, edges for urban skating, or take a more relaxed approach and enjoy social areas.

Hunts Creek Bridge - Nightworks Extended until June

Nightwork on Hunts Creek Bridge, initially scheduled to end in April, has been extended to June due to unexpected discoveries.

Nightwork will continue from 8pm to 5am, with two-way traffic maintained and North Rocks Road reinstated by 5am daily. Further updates, including dates of the closures, will be provided as soon as a new program is confirmed.

Carlingford Community Centre and Library

A new community centre and library is coming to Carlingford! This new facility will be a place for everyone and will feature a new community centre (also known as a hub) and full-size library designed to serve our diverse and growing community. Council is inviting you to share your ideas and provide feedback for this new space. Share your response by 5 PM on Wednesday 21 May 2025.

A planning proposal for the site at 57–83 Church Street, Parramatta is now on public exhibition, along with a draft planning agreement proposing the dedication of a 4-storey Community and Cultural building to Council.
