| Mayor’s messageI’m
pleased to share that Council has adopted its 2026-2030 Delivery
Program and 2026-2027 Operational Plan, our roadmap for the next four
years and a detailed plan for the year ahead. It sets out what we will
deliver, how we will do it and how it will be funded, turning community
priorities into real outcomes. Shaped by extensive community
consultation, the plan responds to key challenges including growth,
housing affordability, transport, climate action and social connection.
This year, we will deliver $61 million in 95 capital projects alongside
$150 million in essential services. We’re also investing in
vibrant town centres, with major public domain improvements in Galston,
Asquith, Mt Colah, Pennant Hills and Hornsby - creating safer, more
attractive and connected places for our community. Warren Waddell Mayor, Hornsby Shire Council |
